- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)Block 7 comprising twenty-six apartments and twelve garages at Tal-Fuklar, Attard, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20504 and which is edged in red and marked "BLK. 7" on L.D. 86/85/4. (HAM 49/90 vol 2).
(2)A plot of land numbered Block 7 comprising ten apartments at Tas-Sgħajtar, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20507 and which is edged in red and marked "Block 7" on P.D.2008_367.(HAM3/94 vol ii).
(3)A plot of land numbered Blocks H and I comprising fourteen apartments, nineteen garages and one shop at Triq is-Sogħda, Tas-Sgħajtar, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20509 and which is edged in red and marked "Blocks H & I" on P.D.2008_375. (1)A plot of land known as Plot 77, having an area of 129.53 square metres, in Triq il-Gladjoli, San Āwann Neighbourhood II, San Āwann, subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years commencing from the 20th February,
- The said plot is bounded on the North-East by property granted by perpetual emphyteusis, on the South-East by Triq il-Gladjoli and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority, is edged red and marked P. 77 on plan L.D. 128/80/20 and formerly formed part of Tenement

(2)A plot of land at Ħal Farruā, limits of Luqa, having an area of 6,750 square metres, consisting of Blocks J, K, L, M and N and including 113 apartments, 107 garages and three shops. The plot is bounded on the North-East by Triq l-Isturnell, on the South-West by Triq irRussett Abjad and on the South-East by Triq TalVitorja, registered with the Estate Management Department as bearing Tenement E20688, and which is edged in red on P.D. 2008_308. The said Plot and Site are bounded on the North by Triq il-ĀiŜimina, on the East by government property and on the West by Triq ië-êikas, are edged red and marked Plot 117 and Site A on plan L.D. 37/81/39 and the Plot formerly formed part of Tenement 50771 1st portion.
