- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

- With effect from the 13th January, 2010:
(1)A plot of land having an area of approximately 680 square metres, in Triq Tumas Fenech, Birkirkara, acquired by Government by President’s Declarations 295, 299 and 300 dated 7th April, 2008. The said plot is bounded on the North-West by Government property, on the North-East by private property and on the South-East by property belonging to Mr Tumas Fenech, is edged red on plan PD 72_87_7 and forms part of Tenement X51460 registered with the Government Property Division. (HA 133/86; 47/86).
(2)A parcel of land consisting of front gardens to Plots 7, 8 and 9 in Triq il-Magħsar, Burmarrad, having an area of approximately 43 square metres and bounded on the West and South-West by Triq il-Magħsar and on the East by the dwellings built on said Plots 7, 8 and 9. The said parcel is registered with the Government Property Division as bearing Tenement No. E20708, and is edged in red on PD 2009_141. (HAM 850/88; 167/82).
(3)A plot of land, consisting of plots 96-98 and 121-127, having an area of approximately 1,910 square metres, forming part of Tal-Wej Government Housing Estate in the limits of Mosta, bounded on the North by Triq idDura, on the East by Triq il-Għasel, and on the West 2 [ S.L.261.33 HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)
(2010)by Triq il-Mitbaħ. This land was acquired by the Government by Building Development Areas Act (Act I of 1983), by deed 106 dated 29th May 2001 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, by deed 108 dated 29th May 2001 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli for the utile dominium, and by President’s Declaration 945 dated 19th November 2009 for the dominium directum, indicated as Plot "A" and which is edged red on PD 131_90_3. (HAM 104/88).
(4)A plot of land of approximately 129 square metres known as Plot 116 in Triq ië-êikas, Bulebel iŜ-śgħir, Government Housing Estate, śabbar. It is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years commencing from the 27th November, 1973 as per Deed No. 262 dated 27th November, 1973 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The said Plot is bounded on the North by Triq il-ĀiŜimina, on the East by Triq ië-êikas and on the West by Triq Salvu Darmanin, and is registered in the Estate Management Department as Tenement 67493 and is edged red and marked "Plot 116" on plan L.D. 37/81/39. The Plot was formerly registered as Rural Tenement 50785 port. 15. (HAP 2/ 2008).
(5)A plot of land, consisting of plots 36-43, having an area of approximately 1,183.90 square metres, forming part of Tal-Far Government Housing Estate in the limits of Victoria, Gozo, bounded on the East and South-East by Triq Viani, on the South by property belonging to third parties, and on the North by property belonging to the Housing Authority or its successors in title. This land was acquired by Deed No. 46/99 dated 10th March 1999 in the records of Notary V. Miceli and on land acquired by Deed No. 160/2003 dated 11th November 2003 in the records of Notary V. Miceli, which is edged red on PD 36_99_2. (HAM 860/88 vol. 2). 2. With effect from the 12th April, 2010:
(1)The land on which a block of two apartments at Triq Anālu Mallia, Birkirkara, accessed from door number 44, are located. This land has an area of 10.05 square metres at ground floor, and 44.98 square metres at first floor, second floor and roof level as indicated edged in red on plan Pd 294_2004. This land is bounded on the North-West and on the South by private property and on the East by Triq Anālu Mallia, and registered as Tenement no. E20511 with the Government Property Division. The land was acquired by the Government by deed 218/88 dated 24th August, 1988 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli. (HAM 24/90; L.519/82).
(2)Three plots of land known as Plots 12, 13 and 14, in Triq San Vinëenz de Paola, Luqa, under the Home Ownership Scheme, having an area of approximately HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)
(2010)[ S.L.261.33 472.50 square metres. This land is bounded on the North-East, North-West and South-West by property of the Housing Authority and on the South-East by Triq San Vinëenz de Paola. The said plots are indicated edged in red on plan PD 2010_132 and are registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement no. 50107 and were acquired by deed 26 dated 3rd February, 2010 in the acts of Notary D. Charles. (HAM 1/87; L. 180/79/V).
(3)A plot of land, known as Plot 33, in Triq il-Mitħna lĀdida, Government Housing Estate, limits of Mellieħa, having an area of approximately 191 square metres and bounded on the North-East by Triq ilMitħna l-Ādida, on the South-East by a public passage and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years as per Deed No. 232 dated 11th August, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech, and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement no. 65352, and is shown edged red and marked "P. 33" on plan L.D. 383/ 91/6. (HAP 6/2009; L. 88/66/33).
(4)A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,807 square metres, known as Site C and comprising 46 maisonettes numbered 1 to 46 and 77 underlying garages in Triq Burma, Pembroke. The said plot is bounded on the North-West by Trejqet il-Beatu Nazju Falzon, on the North-East by Triq Burma and on the South-East by Trejqet il-Beatu Dun Āorā Preca, and is indicated edged red on plan PD 2008_392 and is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement no. E20811. (HAM 20/98 vol. 4; L. 290/ 2005).
(5)A plot of land having an area of approximately 880 square metres, known as Site D and comprising 8 maisonettes numbered 55 to 62 and 17 underlying garages and land in Triq il-Kurunell Cocks u Triq Tunis, Pembroke. The said plot is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Kurunell Cocks, on the NorthEast by property of the Housing Authority and on the South-East by Triq Tunis, and is indicated edged red on plan PD 2009_167 and is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement no. E20723. (HAM 6/2005 vol. 2; L. 238/2005).
(6)A block of apartments and garages at Triq Jean De La Cassiere, St Paul’s Bay, consisting of 24 apartments accessed from Entrances 2 - 4, one substation and 34 garages, having an area of approximately 2,130 square metres. This land is bounded on the North-West by Government property granted on temporary emphyteusis, on the South-West by Triq Jean De La Cassiere, and on the North-East by private property. (2010)Division as Tenement no. E20679 and formed part of Tenement no. 50965, indicated edged red on plan PD 2008_279 excluding the area in hatched red which is not being transferred as it is not Government property. (HAM 41/99 vol. 4).
(7)A plot of land, known as Plot 42, having an area of approximately 377.04 square metres, forming part of the Kerëem Housing Estate in Triq il-Āojjin corner with Triq is-Summien, Kerëem, Gozo, registered as Tenement no. Z41176. This plot is bounded on the North-East and South-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and on the North-West by Government property, is situated on government property formerly registered as part of Z50223, and is edged red on PD 2009_653_B. (1)A plot of land, known as Plot B and consisting of plots 82 - 86, having an area of approximately 1,122 square metres, forming part of Tal-Wej Government Housing Estate, in the limits of Mosta and bounded on the North-East and North-West by property belonging to the Housing Authority or its successors in title and on the South-East by Triq l-Għadajjar. The said plot is registered as Tenement No.X05424 with the Government Property Division and was acquired by the Government by means of the Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and by deed 106 dated 9th June, 2009 in the acts of Notary D. Charles, and is indicated as plot B and is edged red on P.D. 131_90_4_A. (HAM 104/88).
(2)Plots 1 to 146 in Għar Barka Housing Estate, limits of Rabat, Malta, indicated as plots A - F edged in red on plan PD2010_356, as follows: (a) Plot A, having an area of 1,708 square metres and registered as Tenement No. E21374 with the Government Property Division. It was acquired by Government by President’s Declaration 361 dated 15th April 2010 and President’s Declaration 431 dated 29th April 2010. It was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration 361 dated 15th April 2010, President’s Declaration 427 dated 29th April 2010, President’s Declaration 428 dated 29th April 2010 and President’s Declaration 476 dated 10th May 2010. Plot B is bounded on the North-West by Triq Mozart, on the South-West by Triq Antonio Nani and on the North-East by Triq Għar Barka; (
- c)Plot C, having an area of 5,678.10 square metres and registered as Tenement No. E21376 with the Government Property Division. It was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration 476 dated 10th May 2010. Plot C is bounded on the North-West by Triq Vivaldi, on the SouthEast by Triq Mozart and on the North-East by Triq Għar Barka; (
- d)Plot D, having an area of 4,775.55 square metres and registered as Tenement No. E21377 with the Goverenment Property Division. It was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration 362 dated 15th April 2010, President’s Declaration 427 dated 29th April 2010, President’s Declaration 429 dated 29th April 2010 and President’s Declaration 470 dated 10th May 2010. Plot D is bounded on the North-West by Triq Pietru Grixti, on the South-East by Triq ĀuŜepp Balzano and on the North-East by Triq Antonio Nani; (
- e)Plot E, having an area of 4,741.60 square metres and registered as Tenement No. E21378 with the Government Property Division. It was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration 362 dated 15th April 2010 and President’s Declaration dated 29th April 2010. Plot E is bounded on the North-West by Triq Beninju Zerafa, on the South-East by Triq Guzepp Balzano and on the North-East by Triq il-Vjola; and (
- f)Plot F, having an area of 4,599.20 square metres and is registered as Tenement No. E21379 with the Government Property Division. It was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration 361 dated 15th April 2010, President’s Declaration 362 dated 15th April 2010, President’s Declaration 427 dated 29th April 2010, President’s Declaration 429 dated 29th April 2010 and President’s Declaration 470 dated 10th May 2010. (3)A plot of land in the limits of Rabat, Malta referred to as "Torri l-Abjad" having a superficial area of approximately 1,150 square metres (J.O. Number A/ 4044/1997; Title Number 50000149).
(4)A plot of land, having an area of approximately 120 square metres, forming part of Neighbourhood 2, Government Housing Estate, in Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-East by Triq l-Iris, on the South-East by Government property and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and granted on perpetual emphyteusis as per deed 51/86 dated 7th February 1986 in the records of Notary F. Pellegrini. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 41706, and is indicated as "Plot 38" and edged red on L.D. 11/82/66 (HAP 10/2009). 4. With effect from the 17th August, 2010:
(1)A plot of land in Msida having an area of approximately 425.92 square metres on which are built six garages and six apartments, the latter being accessed from a door known as Entrance D in Triq Mro. Giuseppe Camilleri. The plot was acquired by Government by Deed 85 dated 15th April, 1995 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli and is bounded on the West and on the South by Government property, and on the North-East by Triq Mro. Giuseppe Camilleri. The plot is registered as Tenement No. E20782 with the Government Property Division and is indicated edged red on plan PD 2009_209_A. (HAM 44/98 vol. II).
(2)Plots 1 to 57 and 69 to 75, in the Santa Lucia, Phase IV, Home Ownership Scheme, indicated as Plots A to C and edged in red on plan PD11_82_115_A, as follows: (
- a)Plot A, having an area of 6,517.32 square metres and registered as Tenement No. E21381 with the Government Property Division. The plot falls on Government property acquired by Deed 227 dated 7th December, 2000 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli and by President’s Declaration 471 dated 10th May 2010 and President’s Declaration 364 dated 15th April 2010. Plot A is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Āibjun, on the South-East by Triq il-Kaħwiela and on the South-West by Triq il-Klematis; (
