- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

- With effect from the 4th January, 2011:
(1)Plots of land in Ta’ Xlejli Housing Estate, limits of Gudja, consisting of Plots 24 to 31 and 48 to 55 and having an area of approximately 4,000 square metres. The land is bounded on the North-West by Vjal itTorri, on the North-East by Triq il-MarkiŜa, and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and it falls on Government Property acquired by President’s Declarations 1094, 1095, 1096, 1097 and 1098 dated 3rd November 2010. The land is registered as Tenement No. E26180 and is indicated edged in red on plan L.D. 23_86_7. (HAM 159/81 Vol 2).
(2)A plot of land known as Plot 11, in Sqaq Sant’Anālu, forming part of Ta’ L-Isqof Government Housing Estate, in Ħal Kirkop, having an area of approximately 180 square metres, bounded on the North-West by Government property granted on temporary emphyteusis, on the South-East by Sqaq Sant’Anālu, and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 173 dated 24th April, 1971 in the acts of Notary A. (3)A plot of land known as Plot 120, at Triq il-ĀiŜi, forming part of the San Āwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Āwann, having an area of approximately 109 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-ĀiŜi, on the East by Government property granted on temporary emphyteusis, and on the South by Triq ir-Riħan. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 228 dated 9th November, 1973 in the acts of Notary A. Grech, falling on part of Government property formerly registered as Rural Tenement No. 51328. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement 66164 and edged in red and marked "P. 120" on plan L.D. 128/80/21. (HAP 5/2010).
(4)A plot of land known as Plot 121, at Triq il-ĀiŜi, forming part of the San Āwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Āwann, having an area of approximately 109 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-ĀiŜi, on the West by Government property and granted on temporary emphyteusis, and on the South by Triq ir-Riħan. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 191 dated 15th May, 1971 in the acts of Notary A. Grech, falling on part of Government property formerly registered as Rural Tenement No. 51328. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement 66165 and edged in red and marked "P. 121" on plan L.D. 128/80/21. (HAP 1/2010).
(5)A plot of land consisting of Plot 219 and Site A in Triq il-Bruka, on which are built premises numbered 18, forming part of the Santa Lu.ija Government Housing Estate, Phase III, in Santa Lu.ija, having a total area of approximately 167 square metres. Plot 219 has an area of approximately 145 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 335/76/G dated 15th September 1976 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. Site A has an area of approximately 22 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 64/81 dated 8th April, 1981 in the acts of Notary G. Grima. Plot 219 is edged in red and numbered as "P. 219" and Site A is edged in red and marked as "A" on L.D. 11/82/81, and the whole plot is bounded on the West by Triq il-Bruka, and on the North and on the South by private property, and it falls on part of Government property acquired by Deed 545/74 dated 22nd July, 1974 and Deed 550/75 dated 13th June, 1975, both in the records of Notary A. This land is bounded on the North-East by private property, on the South-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the South-West by Triq ilMagħsar, and it falls on Government Property acquired by President’s Declaration 1232 dated 15th December 2010 and on part of Tenement No. 51083. The land is registered as Tenement No. E26263 and is indicated edged in red on plan P.D. 2009_141_1 (HAM 850/88).
(2)A plot of land known as Plot 25, now numbered 6, at Triq il-Gladjoli, forming part of the San Āwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Āwann, having an area of approximately 133.40 square metres, bounded on the North by property granted on perpetual emphyteusis, on the South by private property, and on the West by Triq il-Gladjoli. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 89/90 dated 4th April, 1990 in the acts of Notary F. Pellegrini. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. 51328 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 41754 and edged in red and marked "P. 25" on plan L.D. 128/80/24. (3)A plot of land known as Plot 107, at Triq l-Istefanotis, forming part of the San Āwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Āwann, having an area of approximately 127.34 square metres, bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the NorthEast by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and on the South-West by Government property. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 143/69 dated 10th May, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. 51328 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 65554 and edged in red and marked "P. 107" on plan L.D. 128/80/19. (4)A plot of land known as Plot 93, now numbered 3, at Triq il-Lantana, forming part of the San Āwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Āwann, having an area of approximately 134.76 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq ilGladjoli, on the East by Government property, and on the West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 332/79P dated 16th August, 1979 in the acts of Notary F. Pellegrini. (5)A plot of land, in the Ta’ Farzina Housing Estate in the limits of Qormi, consisting of Plots 7-11 and 22-24 and having an area of approximately 1,605.40 square metres. The land is bounded on the North by Triq isSajf, on the East by Triq il-Għasel, and on the West by Triq id-Deheb Fin, and it falls on part of Government Property acquired by President’s Declaration 1234 dated 15th December 2010 and by property acquired by Deed 81/85 dated 8th March 1985 in the acts of Notary F. Portelli. The land is registered as Tenement No. E26264 and edged in red on plan P.D. 9_82_19. (HAM 957/78 Vol II).
(6)A plot of land known as Plot 51, at Triq il-Mitħna in Xagħra, Gozo, having an area of approximately 216.20 square metres. The land is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Mitħna, on the South-East and on the SouthWest by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per deed dated 6th July, 1973 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. Z50396 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. Z60209 and edged in red and marked "P. 51" on plan L.D. 357/90/2. (7)A plot of land consisting of Plot 165 and Site E in Triq iŜ-śnuber, forming part of the Santa Luëija Government Housing Estate, Phase III, in Santa Luëija. The said Plot 165 has an area of approximately 140.70 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 363/75G dated 17th December 1975 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. Site E has an area of approximately 39.90 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 129/78G dated 24th May 1978 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. Both the plot and the site are bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the SouthEast by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the South-West by Triq iŜ-śnuber, and are registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 41226, edged in red and marked "P. 165" and "E" respectively, on plan L.D. 11/ 82/80. (8)Flat no.11, Block 1, Triq il-Vittmi tal-Gwerra, l-Isla. (Tenement No. 62573 - RTB 1/2007). 3. With effect from the 1st June, 2011:
(1)A plot of land known as Block IV consisting of 30 residential units, excluding the subsoil at Triq San Pietru, Triq San Pawl, Triq il-Vittorja, Triq San Lawrenz and Triq iŜ-śewā Mini in Isla and having an area of approximately 1, 476 square metres. (2011)[ S.L.261.34 is bounded on the North-East by Triq iŜ-śewā Mini, on the North-West by Triq San Pietru and San Pawl, and on the South-West by Triq il-Vitorja and falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 272 dated 7th March 2010. The land where Block IV is located is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement E26181 and is indicated edged in red and marked as ‘Block IV’ on plan P.D. 2010_913 (HAA 9/2011).
(2)A plot of land known as Block 5A consisting of five apartments, seven houses, three shops and one garage, excluding the subsoil at Triq is-Sur and Triq D’Homedes in Isla and having an area of approximately 585 square metres. The block is bounded on the North-East by Triq D’Homedes, on the North-West by Triq San Mikiel, and on the South-West by Triq is-Sur and falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 573 dated 3rd June 2010. The land where Block 5A is located is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement E26205 and is indicated edged in red and marked as ‘Block 5A’ on plan P.D. 2010_944 (HAA10/ 2011).
(3)A plot of land known as Plot 8, forming part of San Silvestru Housing Estate in Mosta and having an area of approximately 136.80 square metres. The said plot is bounded on the East by Government property, on the South by private property, and on the West by Triq San Silvestru and is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years commencing from the 9th October 1974 by deed in the acts of Notary A. Grech. This plot formed part of Government property, formerly part of Tenement 50250 and is indicated edged in red and marked as ‘P. 8.’ on plan L.D. 43/81/ 3 (HAP 9/2009).
(4)A plot of land known as Plot A, forming part of talWej Housing Estate, limits of Mosta and having an area of approximately 187 square metres. This land is bounded on the North-West and South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and on the South-East by Triq l-Għadajjar, and it falls on Government property acquired by the Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983), by Deed No. 106 dated 9th June 2009 in the acts of Notary. D. Charles and by President’s Declaration 739 dated 22nd July 2010. The land is registered as Tenement No. X05423 and is indicated edged in red and marked as plot ‘A’ on plan P.D. 131_90_4_A (HAM 104/88).
(5)Two plots of land consisting of Plots 86 (Site A) and 87 (Site B) in the Mqabba Housing Estate, Triq Mikiel Zammit in Mqabba. (2011)Government property, and on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority and is registered as Tenement X06209 with the Government Property Division. Plot 87 has an area of approximately 216 square metres and is bounded on the North by Triq Mikiel Zammit, on the West by Government property, and on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority and is registered as Tenement X06210 with the Government Property Division. These plots fall on part of Government property acquired by Deeds No. 48/92 dated 4th March 1992, No. 14/93 dated 27th January 1993, No. 14/94 dated 21st January 1993, No. 219/94 dated 14th September 1994, No. 151/01 dated 19th September 2001 and No. 184/99 dated 24th September 1999, all in the acts of Notary V. Miceli. The land is indicated edged in red and marked as Site ‘A’ and Site ‘B’ on plan P.D. 89_86_8 (HAM 80/81).

The plot falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 271 dated 23rd March 2011. Plot A is bounded on the North-West by Triq Għajn Dwieli, on the South-East by Triq Fr. Charles Plater, and on the South-West by Triq lAmmiraljat; (
- b)Plot B, having an area of approximately 2, 217.13 square metres and registered as Tenement E 26356 with the Government Property Division. The plot falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 271 dated 23rd March 2011. Plot B is bounded on the North-West partly by Triq Għajn Dwieli and partly by private property, on the North-East by Triq l-Ammiraljat, and on the South by Triq il-Vittmi tax-Xogħol; (
- c)Plot C, having an area of approximately 471.80 square metres and registered as Tenement E 26357 with the Government Property Division. The plot falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 271 dated 23rd March 2011. Plot C is bounded on the NorthWest by Triq il-Vittmi tax-Xogħol, on the SouthWest by Triq l-Għaqdiet tal-Ħaddiema, and on the North-East by Triq il-Ħidma (HAM 856/88).

This land is bounded on the North-West by Government property granted on temporary emphyteusis, on the South-West by public road and on the North-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and it falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 738 dated 22nd July 2010. The land is registered as Tenement No. E21496 and is indicated edged in red on plan P.D. 2008_279_1 (HAM 41/99).
(8)A plot of land known as Plot 107 and Site B in Triq iëêikas, Bulebel iŜ-śgħir, śabbar Home Ownership Scheme, śabbar, subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years commencing from the 7th October
