  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
  2. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day
  3. With effect from the 5th October, 2011:
(1)A plot of land known as Block 4 consisting of twelve apartments and five shops, excluding the subsoil at Triq San Filippu, Triq Patri Indri Vella, Triq La Vallette, and Misraħ ir-Rebħa in Birgu and having an area of approximately 508 square metres. The block is bounded on the North-East by Triq La Vallette, on the North-West by Triq Patri Indri Vella and on the SouthWest by Triq San Filippu and falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 271 dated 17th March, 2010. The land where Block 4 is located is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement E26196 and is indicated edged in red and marked as ‘Block 4’ on plan P.D. 2010_924_A (HAA 13/2011).
(2)A plot of land known as Block 5 consisting of 5 apartments and 4 shops, excluding the subsoil at Triq Santa Skolastika, Triq Hilda Tabone, Triq La Vallette and Post is-Sagra Infermerija in Birgu and having an area of approximately 318 square metres. The block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Santa Skolastika, on the North-West by Triq Post is-Sagra Infermerija and on the South-West by Triq La Vallette and falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 271 dated 17th March, 2010. (3)A plot of land consisting of Plots 70 to 77 in Ta’ Xlejli Housing Estate, limits of Gudja and having an area of approximately 1,534 square metres. This land is bounded on the North by property transferred to the Housing Authority, on the East by Triq il-Palazz, and on the South by Triq l-Għelejjel and it falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration 408 dated 4th May, 2011, by Deed No. 494 dated 7th November, 1984 in the acts of Notary F. Portelli and by Deed No.129/2009 dated 12th July, 2001 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli. The land is registered as Tenement E26436 and is indicated edged in red on plan P.D. 23_86_8 (HAM 159/81 Vol. 2).
(4)A plot of land consisting of two blocks, at Triq iżZewġ Mini, Triq il-Kunċizzjoni, Triq il-Miġja tal-Papa and Triq San Giljan, in Isla indicated as ‘Block 9’ and ‘Block 10’ edged in red on plan P.D. 2010_964_A, as follows: (
  1. a)Block 9 consisting of eight apartments and one store, excluding the subsoil and is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement E26236. The block falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 572 dated 3rd June, 2010. Block 9 is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Miġja tal-Papa, on the South-West by Triq iż-Zewġ Mini and on the South-East by Triq San Giljan; (
  2. b)Block 10 consisting of eight apartments and one store, excluding the subsoil and is registered with the Government Property Division as Tenement E26237. The block falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 572 dated 3rd June, 2010. (5)A plot of land known as Plot 71, at Triq l-Istefanotis, forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an area of approximately 127.31 square metres, bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the NorthEast and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 170/69 dated 24th May, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. 51328 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

(6)A plot of land known as Plot 109 and Site D in Triq iċĊikas, Bulebel iż-Żgħir, Żabbar Home Ownership Scheme, in Żabbar. Plot 109 has an area of approximately 124.09 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 110 dated 13th April, 1988 in the acts of Notary F. Pellegrini. Site D has an area of approximately 15.50 square metres and is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis with effect from the 1st of February, 1988 as per Deed No. 62/88 dated 23rd of March, 1988 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli. The said Plot and Site are bounded on the West by Triq iċ-Ċikas, on the North by Government property and on the East by open space, are registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement 65924 and shown edged red and marked ‘Plot 109’ and Site ‘D’ respectively, on plan L.D. 37/81/39 and the Plot formerly formed part of Tenement 50771 (HAP 3/ 2011).
(7)A plot of land known as Plot 34, at Triq id-Daħla ta’ San Tumas, forming part of the ‘Ta’ Ganza’ Government Housing Estate, in Zejtun, having an area of approximately 124.92 square metres, bounded on the South by Government property, on the East and on the West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 222/80 dated 12th November, 1980 in the acts of Notary F. Pellegrini commencing on the date of the deed. The plot falls on part of Government property acquired by Deed No. 229 dated 5th June, 1971 in the records of Notary A. Grech and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 40994 and edged in red and marked ‘P. 34’ on plan L.D. 7/80/84 (HAP 2/2010). 2. With effect from the 23rd March, 2012:
(1)A plot of land known as Plot 129 in Triq is-Sifa, Ta’ Pennellu, Mellieħa, having an area of approximately 160.54 square metres, and is bounded on the East by Triq is-Sifa, and on the North and on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 617/77 dated 7th April, 1976 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Rural Tenement No. 50222 port. 3. and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 40867 and is shown edged in red and marked “P. 129” on plan L.D. 383/91/10. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years as per Deed No. 145 dated 10th April, 1971 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Rural Tenement No. 50222 port. 3& 4 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 65824 and is shown edged in red and marked “P. 76” on plan L.D. 383/91/8. (10)A plot of land known as Plot 7, formerly known as Plot 15, forming part of the Ta’ Ganza Government Housing Estate in Żejtun, having an area of approximately 119.72 square metres and is bounded on the South-West by a public passage, on the South-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the North-East by Triq il-Giebja Rumana. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years as per Deed No. 66/74 dated 13th February, 1974 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 229/71 in the acts of Notary A. (1)The administration of a block, known as “Block 2”, consisting of eleven dwellings in Triq il-Mandraġġ and Triq Antika, Birgu and is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Mandraġġ and on the South-West and SouthEast by Triq Antika. Dwellings numbered 1 to 4 are accessible from Triq il-Mandraġġ and registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 73662 to 73665 and dwellings numbered 5 to 11 are accessible from Triq l-Antika and are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 73666 to 73672. The land where this block is located falls on property which is in the course of being acquired by Government. The whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D. 2011_923. (2)A block, known as “Block E”, Entrance B, consisting of six flats, one shop, two garages, and one premises at Tal-Ħawli in Triq Peppi Vella, Birgu and is bounded on the North-East by Block E, Entrance A, on the NorthWest by Triq Peppi Vella and on the South-East by Triq Mons. Pawl Galea. The six flats are all accessible from a common entrance without official number bearing “Block E Entrance B” and are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72674 to 72679, the shop bearing number 5 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72290, the premises bearing number 8 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72291 and the two garages bearing numbers 6 and 7 are registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72496 and 72497 respectively. The land where this block is located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 185/73 dated 19th November 1980 in the acts of Notary A.Grech, Deed No. 187/78 dated 9th June 1978 in the acts of Notary A. (3)A block, known as “Block 1” consisting of seven flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla. This block is bounded on the South by Triq San Mark, on the North by a public open space and on the East by Government property. Flats numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62294 to 62297 and Flats numbered 6 and 7 are registered with the Government as Tenement 9 10 [ S.L.261.35 HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

(4)A block, known as “Block 2” consisting of eight flats and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and is bounded on the North by a public passage, on the West by Triq Rikkardu Taylor and on the East by a public open space. Flats numbered 1 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62301 to 62308. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government by Deed dated 21st March, 1931 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D. 2011_885. (HAA 160/2011).
(5)A block, known as “Block 3” consisting of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and is bounded on the North by a passage, on the West by a public open space and on the East by Triq Alessandra. Flats numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62309 to 62312 and flats numbered 6 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62314 to 62316. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government from the War Department by Deed dated 21st March, 1931 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Blk 3” on plan P.D. 2011_893. (6)A block, known as “Block 4” consisting of eight flats of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and is bounded on the West by Triq Rikkardu Taylor and on the South and on the East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62317 and 62318 respectively and flats numbered 5 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62321 to 62324. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government from the War Department by Deed dated 21st March, 1931 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 4” on plan P.D. 2011_951. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62325, flats numbered 4 and 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 62328 and 62329 respectively, flat numbered 7 is registered with the Government as Tenement No.62331 and the site is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 78240. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government from the War Department by Deed dated 21st March, 1931 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 5” on plan P.D. 2011_901. (8)A block, known as “Block 6” consisting of two flats and two shops of which one flat is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and is bounded on the North-West by a public open space, on the West by Block 5 and on the South-East by Triq Alessandra.
