  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(3)A plot of land consisting of Plots 59 to 65 at Bubaqra in Żurrieq, having an area of approximately 1,670 square metres and is bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Iskultur Fabri, on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title and on the South by Triq l-Arċipriet E. Mifsud. Plots numbered 59 to 65 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers X05951 to X

The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 234/69 dated 11th August, 1969 in the acts of Notary A.Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. Z50222 port. 5. and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 65343 and edged HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

The transfer shall have effect from the ground floor upwards for the land marked, edged and shaded in red and from the first floor upwards for the land marked and edged in red on plan P.D. 2013_502. The land where the block is located is in the course of being acquired by the Government and the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2013_502. (HAA 113/ 2012).

The plot falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 70 dated 23rd January, 2012, by President’s Declaration No. 963 dated 9th October, 2013, by President’s Declaration No. 71 dated dated 23rd January, 2012 and by Deed No. 9/97 dated 29th November, 1997 in the acts of Notary V.Miceli and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2012_469_1. The site is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed dated 6th October, 1976 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The site falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. 50356 and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as part of Tenement No. 41564 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 84_87_4.
