  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
  2. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day
  3. With effect from the 14th February, 2014:
(1)A plot of land known as Plot 6, at Triq l-Istefanotis, forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an area of approximately 125.64 square metres and is bounded on the South-West by Government property, on the North-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the North-West by Triq lIstefanotis. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis of 150 years as per Deed No. 315 dated the 31st of October, 1970 in the acts of Notary A.Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property bearing number 51328 and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 65536 and is shown edged red and marked “Plot 6” on plan L.D. 128_80_33 (HAP 3/2013).
(2)A plot of land known as Plot 15, in Triq il-Gladjoli, forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an area of approximately 128.87 square metres and is bounded on the South and on the North-East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the South-East by Triq il-Gladjoli. (89), in Triq ilGladjoli, forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an area of approximately 128.40 square metres and is bounded on the North- East and on the SouthWest by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the North-West by Triq il-Gladjoli. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis of 150 years as per Deed No. 168/69 dated the 30th of May, 1969 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property bearing number 51328 and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 65536 and is shown edged red on plan L.D. 128_80_32 (HAP 10/2012).
(4)A plot of land known as Plot (P.21) No. 3, in Triq izZinja in Santa Lucija, having an area of approximately 123 square metres and is bounded on the North-East and on the North-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the South-West by Triq izZinja. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years as per Deed No. 361/66 dated the 26th of November, 1966 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and as per Deed No. 16/73 dated the 27th of January, 1973 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property acquired by Deed No. 348 dated the 31st of October, 1959 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and by Deed No. 16/73 dated the 27th of January, 1979 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 64629 and is shown edged in red and marked “(P.21) No. 3” on plan L.D. 11/82/70 (HAP 2/2013).
(5)A plot of land known as Plot 11, in Triq l-Oleandri in Santa Lucija, having an area of approximately 159.42 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq l-Oleandri, on the South-West and on the NorthWest by Government property. (2014)[ S.L.261.37 forming part of the Tal-Ħamrija Government Housing Estates, limits of Xewkija in Gozo, having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres and is bounded on the North-West by property of Mr. Paul Attard, on the South-West by Triq il-Ħamrija and on the South-East by property of Mr. Carmel Xuereb. The plot is subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed dated 1st of April, 1976 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil. The plot is registered in the Gozo Department property records as Fixed 1296 and is shown edged in red and marked “86” on plan L.D. 19/97 (HAP 693/96, HAP 7/2013).
