  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
  2. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day
  3. With effect from the 9th December, 2014:
(1)A block, known as Block A, consisting of nine flats which are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69165 to 69173 and excluding the subsoil, in Triq Fuq tal-Ħawli, Birgu. This block is bounded on the South-East by Wesgħa Mattia Preti, on the North-West by Triq Fuq tal-Ħawli and on the North-East by a public road. This block falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 51054 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK A” on plan P.D. 2014_447. (HAA 16/2014).
(2)A block, known as Block 1, Entrances A and B, consisting of eighteen flats of which eight are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq talMitħna, Gudja. This block is bounded on the NorthEast and on the South-East by public passages and on the South-West by Triq il-Mitħna. Flats numbered 2 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70001 to 70003, flat numbered 7 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 70006, flats numbered 9 to 11 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70008 to 70010, flat numbered 15 is registered with the 2 [ S.L.261.38 HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 243/78G dated 11th October 1978 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “BLOCK 1” on plan P.D. 2014_470 (HAA 49/ 2014, HAA 50/2014).
(3)A block, known as Block B, Doors 1 and 2 in Għajn Kajjet Housing Estate, Rabat and the whole block is bounded on the South-West and on the North-East by open spaces and on the South-East by a public passage and falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 80116 and is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK B” on plan P.D.2014_432 as follows: (
  1. a)Door 1 consists of eight flats of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice. Flats numbered 5 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66629 to 66632; and (
  2. b)Door 2 consists of eight flats of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice. Flats numbered 9 and 10 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66633 and 66634 respectively and flats numbered 12 to 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66636 to 66640. (4)A block, known as Block 10, Doors A and B, consisting of sixteen flats of which six are being excluded fro the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous leg notice, in Triq it-Tulipani and Triq il-Ġilju, San Ġwann. T block is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Ġilju, North-East by Triq ilKappella and on the South-East by Triq it-Tulipani Flat numbered 1, Door A is registered with the Government Tenement No. 69906, flat numbered 3, Door A is register with the Government as Tenement No. 69908, flats numbered and 6, Door A are registered with the Government as Tenement bearing numbers 66910 and 66911 respectively, flat number 8, Door A is registered with the Government as Tenement No.69913, flats numbered 10 to 12, Door B are registered with t Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66915 to 669 flats numbered 14 and 16, Door B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69919 and 69 respectively. (5)A block, known as Block M, consisting of sixteen flats of which five are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq iż-Żnuber, Santa Luċija. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq iż-Żnuber, on the North-West by Triq Ġuljetta Lopez and on the SouthWest by Triq Helen Buhagiar. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68385 and 68386 respectively, flats numbered 4 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68388 to 68392, flat numbered 10 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 68394 and flats numbered 14 to 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68398 to 68400. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 86/77 dated 16th of August 1977 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and by Deed No. 281/77 dated 16th of August 1977 in the acts of Notary A. E. Borg Barthet and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block M” on plan P.D. 2014_499. (HAA 210/2013).
(6)A block, known as Block 2, Entrances A and B, consisting of sixteen flats of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Ramija, Siġġiewi. This block is bounded on the North-West, on the South-West and on the South-East by public passages. Flat numbered 1, Entrance A is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 68709, flats numbered 3 to 8, Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68711 to 68716 and flats numbered 3 to 8, Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68719 to 68724. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 246/76 dated 4th of August 1976 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and on part of Tenement No. 50687 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK 2” on plan P.D. 2014_444. (HAA 97/2011, HAA 230/2012).
(7)The airspace and subsoil of a garage, known as Garage 2 in the Siġġiewi Housing Estate, Siġġiewi and is bounded on the North-West and South-East by Government property and on the South-West by an open space. This garage falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 72/98 dated 8th April 1998 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, by Deed No. 246 dated 4th August 1976 and by Deed No. 7/78 dated 11th January 1978 both in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 159_82_11_B. (HA 254/98).
(8)A house, known as 126 in Triq San Kristofru, Valletta, 3 4 [ S.L.261.38 HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)
(2015)excluding the subsoil and is bounded on the SouthWest by Triq San Kristofru, on the South-East by Government property and on the North-East by third party property. This property is registered with the Government as Tenement No.77939 and falls on Government property acquired by Deed No.200 dated 22nd July 1992 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli and is shown on plans HA 251/2014 and HA 252/2014. (RO 30/2005, RGP 17/2009).
(9)The administration of five flats at No. 25, Triq ilPunent, Valletta are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77081 to 77085 and the block is bounded on the South-West by property in the course of acquisition by the Government, on the North-West by third party property and on the SouthEast by Triq il-Punent. The whole block falls on land which is in the course of acquisition by the Government and is shown edged in red on plan P.D.2013_711. (HAA 225/2011). 2. With effect from the 26th March, 2015:
(1)Two blocks, known as Block 16A and Block 16B in Triq il-Gendus, Bormla and are bounded on the North by Triq il-Gendus, on the East by a public open space and on the South by Triq San Rokku. These blocks fall on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 498 dated 3rd May, 2012 and are shown edged in red and marked “Blk. 16A” and “Blk. 16B” on plan P.D. 2015_0048, as follows: (
  1. a)Block 16A consists of four dwellings and two flats. Dwellings numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63803 and 63804 respectively, flats numbered 1 and 2 Entrance 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63805 and 63806 respectively and dwellings numbered 4 and 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63807 and 63808; and (
  2. b)Block 16B consists of four dwellings and two flats. Dwellings numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63809 and 63810 respectively, flats numbered 1 and 2 Entrance 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63811 and 63812 respectively and dwellings numbered 4 and 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63813 and 63814. (2)The administration of a block known as Block A2 consisting of six flats that are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72803 to HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

(3)A block known as Block B consisting of twenty-four flats, of which seven are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Sir Ugo Mifsud, Lija. This block is bounded on the North-West by a public passage, on the South-West by Triq Sir Ugo Mifsud and on the North-East by Triq in-Naxxar. Flats numbered 1 to 5 Door 1 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67233 to 67237, flats numbered 9 to 12 Door 1 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67241 to 67244, flats numbered 1 to 6 Door 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67245 to 67250, flats numbered 9 and 12 Door 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements numbered 67253 and 67256 respectively. (4)A block known as Block O consisting of four flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Ġilju, Santa Luċija. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Ġilju, on the South-West by Triq iż-Żnuber and on the North-East by Triq lGħansar. Flats numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68418 and 68419 respectively. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 86/77 dated 16th August 1977 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and by Deed No. 70/78 dated 10th August 1978 in the acts of Notary A.E. (5)Three blocks, known as Blocks A, B and C in Triq ilĠdida and Triq Giovanni Barbara, Luqa and are bounded on the North-West by private property, on the South-West by Triq il-Ġdida and on the South-East by Triq Giovanni Bonavia. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 142/70 dated 9th May 1970 and by Deed No. 227/71 dated 30th October 1971 and are both in the acts of Notary A. Grech and by Deed dated 13th February 1935 in the acts of Notary C. Gatt. (6)A block known as Blk 14 Doors A and B consisting of twelve flats, of which five are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Fontanier, Qormi. This block is bounded on the North-East by Pjazza PP Psaila, on the North-West by Triq il-Fontanier and on the South-East by Government property. This block is bounded on the West by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the North and on the East by Triq iċ-Ċawla. Flats numbered 2 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60405 to Z60411. This block falls on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement Z50039 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “BLOCK H” on plan P.D. 2011_861_1. (HAA118/2014). 3. With effect from the 18th May, 2015:
(1)A block, known as Block B, consisting of nine flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Fuq tal-Ħawli, Birgu. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq San Dwardu, on the North-West by Triq Fuq tal-Ħawli and on the South-West by a public road. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69174 and flats numbered 3 to 9 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69176 to 69182. This block falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 51054 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block B” on plan P.D. 78_80_22. (HAA 10/2015).
(2)A block, known as Block A3, consisting of six flats which are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72809 to 72814, in Triq Mater Boni Consiglii, Fgura. This block is bounded on the North-East and on the North-West by an open space and on the South-West in part by Triq Mater Boni Consiglii and in part by Government property and falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 229/95 dated 19th September 1995 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, by Deed No. 59/80 dated 9th April 1980 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and by President’s Declaration No. 1014/2003. The whole block is edged in red and marked “Block A3” on plan P.D.   1. a)Block F consists of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice. Flats numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66855 to 66858 and flats numbered 6 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66860 to 66862; (
  2. b)Block G consists of four flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice. The whole block falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 65 dated 23rd January 2012 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2015_0377. (HAA 9/2015).
(5)A block, known as Block A3, consisting of six flats, of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Gżari, Mosta. This block is bounded on the West by Triq il-Gżari, on the North by Triq itTrinċetta and on the South by a public passage. Flats numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70778 and 70779 respectively. The whole block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 6/75 and by Deed No. 7/75 both dated 15th January 1975 in the acts of Notary A.
