(1)Two plots of land consisting of Plots 4 to 17 and Plots 26 and 27 in Tal-Qattus Housing Estate, Birkirkara and these plots fall on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 800 dated 19th September 2015, President’s Declaration No. 534 dated 11th June 2015, by Deed No. 228/2000 dated 7th December 2000 and by Cedola No. 245 dated 26th February 2002, as follows: (
- a)Plots 4 to 17 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X06495 to X06508 and are bounded on the North-East by Triq Anthony Sammut, on the South-East by Triq Manoel de Vilhena and on the South-West by Triq il-Kan. Dun Vincenz Saliba. These plots fall on a plot of land shown in red and marked “A” on plan P.D. 31_92_1; and (
- b)Plots 26 and 27 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X06517 and X06518 respectively and are bounded on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the South-East by Triq Joseph A Deacon and on the South-West by Government property. (2)A site in Triq Santa Liena, Triq Rikardu Taylor, Triq lIrlandiżi and Triq San Mark, Bormla and is bounded on the South by Triq Santa Liena, on the North by Triq San Mark and on the East by Triq l-Irlandiżi. This site falls on Government property acquired through Act IV of 1992, by President’s Declaration No. 1075 dated 20th December 2006, by President’s Declarations 254 and 255 dated 10th March 2005 and by President’s Declarations 1134 and 1135 dated 1st December 2003 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2015_0970. (3)Two plots of land consisting of Plots 1 to 11 and Plots 12 to 23 in tat-Torri Housing Estate, Rabat and these plots fall on Government property acquired by President’s Declarations 923 and 924 dated 24th September 2015, as follows: (

(4)A block, known as Block A, consisting of five flats of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in ex-Flores College, Triq l-Arċisqof, Valletta. This block is bounded on the South-East by Government property, on the North-East by Triq l-Arċisqof and on the NorthWest by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. - a)Block H consists of sixteen flats of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice.
