  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)Two blocks, known as Blocks 1 and 2 in Triq San Ġwann, Bormla and Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja. These blocks are bounded on the North-East by Triq San Ġwann, on the South-East by a public passage and on the North-West by Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja. This house falls on Government property acquired by the Church by State Agreement of 1991 and is shown edged in red on plan HA 364_2015. (HAK 48/2011).
(13)A block consisting of four maisonettes and four garages in Triq Nardu Ellul, Kirkop and is bounded on the North-West by Triq Danny Cremona, on the South by a public passage and on the North-East by Triq Nardu Ellul. (15)A plot of land, known as Plot 32, formerly Plot 46, in Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, forming part of the Ta’ Pennellu Housing Estate, Mellieħa. This plot has an area of approximately 164 square metres and is bounded on the South-East by property granted on perpetual emphyteusis, on the South-West by Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli and on the North-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed 60/ 70 dated 20th February 1970 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. (16)A block, known as Block C1 Entrance A, consisting of six flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Planeċ, Mosta. This block is bounded on the North by a public open space, on the East by Triq il-Planeċ and on the South by Government property. Flats numbered 2 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72374 to 72376. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed 7/75 dated 15th January 1975 in the acts of Notary A.
