(1983)ORDER 11th Februrary, 1983 LEGAL NOTICES 9, 35 and 43 of 1983, consolidated. 1. The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets)
(1983)Order. Title. 2. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property. 3. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day.   2. i)An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 101 to 118 having an area of approximately 3,711 square metres bounded on the North-West, South and East by Government property; (
  3. ii)An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 119 to 145 having an area of approximately 5,567 square metres bounded on the North, South and West by Government property; (iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 146 to 171 having an area of approximately 5,373 square metres bounded on the North, South, East and West by Government property; (
