(1)The title of these regulations is the Fees payable for Residence Permits and Employment Licences Regulations.
- There shall be paid in respect of each item the following fees:
- Employment related residence permit applications by third country nationals: Fee payable on application (a) Application for a single permit as regards residence and work valid for a period of up to one
(1)year (b) Application for renewal of a single permit as regards residence and work with possibility of renewal for up to three
(3)years if applicant is eligible €600 €150 for every year of renewal (
- c)Application for a single permit as regards residence and work for health care professionals as established by the Health Care Professions Act (Cap. 464) and carers €150 for each year (
- d)Application for renewal of a single permit as regards residence and work for health care professionals as established by the Health Care Professions Act (Cap. 464) and carers €50 for every year of renewal (
- e)Application for a single permit as regards residence and work - change of employer €600 (
- f)Application for a single permit as regards residence and work - change of designation €300 (

- b)Application for the issue of a residence document in replacement of the €16.50 original one which has been defaced 4. Applications for an employment licence in terms of article 11
(3)of the Immigration Act (Cap. 217), in respect of: (
- a)Family members of third country national long-term residents in their first year of residence (
- b)Asylum seekers, recognised refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection and persons granted analogous forms of protection (
- c)All other third country nationals (
