(1)The title of these regulations is the Fees payable for Residence Permits and Employment Licences Regulations.
  1. There shall be paid in respect of each item the following fees:
  2. Employment related residence permit applications by third country nationals: Fee payable on application (a) Application for a single permit as regards residence and work valid for a period of up to one
(1)year (b) Application for renewal of a single permit as regards residence and work with possibility of renewal for up to three
(3)years if applicant is eligible €600 €150 for every year of renewal (
  1. c)Application for a single permit as regards residence and work for health care professionals as established by the Health Care Professions Act (Cap. 464) and carers €150 for each year (
  2. d)Application for renewal of a single permit as regards residence and work for health care professionals as established by the Health Care Professions Act (Cap. 464) and carers €50 for every year of renewal (
