- The title of these regulations is the Gozo Indoor Sports and Aquatic Pavilion (Membership and Fees) Regulations. Citation.
- requires: Interpretation. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise "booking" means the reservation of any facility listed in Schedule II; "Centre" or "GISAP" means the Gozo Indoor Sports and Aquatic Pavillion situated in ir-Rabat (Ċittà Victoria), Gozo; "Centre Manager" means the operational head responsible for managing access, who ensures the authorisation of service users, enforcing conduct and safety rules and ensures compliance with established quality and safety standards at the Centre; "member" means any person who has paid the membership fee listed in Schedule I; "Minister means the Minister responsible for Gozo; "visitor" means a non-member who is granted temporary access in accordance with regulation 4; "visitor day pass" means a pass which grants a visitor temporary access to the facilities for a single day.
- A person shall not make use of the specialised facilities listed in Schedule II unless he is a member or visitor in possession of a valid visitor day pass. Use of the specialised facilities in the Centre.
- The Centre Manager may issue a visitor day pass subject to the access hours and fees established in Schedule II. Visitors shall comply with all the Centre rules and may not access restricted sessions for members only. Visitor access. 5.
(1)There shall be charged by the Minister the fees listed in Schedule I for the use of the facilities at the Centre. Fees.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of these regulations, the Minister may reduce or remit any fee payable to the Centre by schools and sports associations and clubs, when the activity takes place for the purpose of promoting physical education and sports.
