The title of this Order is the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Order. 2. (

1. a)The countries specified in the Schedule are hereby specified for the purposes of article 4 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act. (
2. b)The date specified in the Schedule with respect to each country specified therein shall be the date on which the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction which was signed at The Hague on the 25th October, 1980 has come into force between Malta and that country.
