The title of these regulations is Fisheries and Aquaculture Services Payments Regulations. 2. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires - "Act" means the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act; "Department" means the Fisheries and Aquaculture Department; and Citation. "Director" means the most senior public officer appointed by the Prime Minister who is not a Permanent Secretary and who has responsibility for the management and conservation of fisheries and aquaculture. 3. When any service by a Fisheries Officer is given outside the precincts of the Department or outside the normal working hours of the Department, there shall be paid to the Director, on his demand, by the person at whose request such service is given, a charge equivalent to the overtime rate which is calculated at such rates as the Government from time to time pays to such officers for similar attendances for overtime, together with an administrative charge of five and a half per cent calculated on the overall charge and expenses, if any: Service fees.
