The title of this Order is the Reversion of Certain Lands

(2003)Order. Citation.

The property specified in the Schedule shall revert to the person or persons to whom the lands belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas Act, had never taken place with effect from the dates respectively specified in the Schedule, on which dates the lands in question were acquired by Government in virtue of the said article. (2003)SCHEDULE (Article 2) The property to which article 2 of this Order refers is the following, that is to say:

(1)As from the 4th July, 1983: (i) Five divided portions of the same land at Mosta limits of Ta’ Santa Margerita, namely plot 1 of area of circa 433 square metres and is bounded from the North and East by a public road and from the Southwest by property of the Government, plot 2 of area of circa 14,249 square metres and is bounded from the Northeast by a public road and from the North-west and East by property of the Government, plot 3 of area of circa 41,739 square metres and is bounded from the South and North-west by property of the Government and from the South-west by a public road, plot 4 of area of circa 17,421 square metres and is bounded from the North, West and South-west by a public road and plot 5 of area of circa 14,592 square metres and is bounded from the North, North-east and South by a public road, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D.16_2003_A and indicated as plots one
