- The title of this Order is the Reversion of Certain Lands
(2009)Order. Citation. 2. The property specified in article 3 of this Order shall revert to the person or persons to whom the land belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas Act, had never taken place with effect from the 4th July 1983, on which date the land in question was acquired by Government in virtue of the said article. Specified property. 3. The property to which article 2 of this Order refers is the following, that is to say: Description of specified property. (
- i)Plot of land at |urrieq, having an area of circa 1,530 square metres and is bounded from all sides by Government property or more correct boundaries and is shown bordered in red and marked as plot 1 on P.D.5_2003_A_3 as appearing in the attached Schedule; (
- ii)Plot of land at |urrieq, having an area of circa 1,599 square metres and is bounded on all sides by Government property or more correct boundaries and is shown bordered in red and marked as plot 2 on P.D.5_2003_A_3 as appearing in the attached Schedule; (iii) Plot of land at |urrieq, having an area of circa 1,752 square metres and is bounded on all sides by Government property or more correct boundaries and is shown bordered in red and marked as plot 3 on P.D.5_2003_A_3 as appearing in the attached Schedule; (
- iv)Plot of land at |urrieq, having an area of circa 1,494 square metres and is bounded on all sides by Government property or more correct boundaries and is shown bordered in red and marked as plot 4 on P.D.5_2003_A_3 as appearing in the attached Schedule; (
