  2. The title of these regulations is the Veterinary Surgeons’ Council (First Elections) Regulations.
  3. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: Citation. Interpretation. ''the Commission'' means the Election Commission established by regulation 3; ''Gozo'' includes Comino; ''Minister'' means the Minister responsible for veterinary services.
