(1)SportMalta may from time to time require any applicant or registered person to provide SportMalta with data and information relating to athletes, coaches, officials and facilities of such applicant or registered person and in the case of a national association or federation or other registered person, data and information relating to any organization registered or affiliated thereto and their officials as SportMalta may require for the purpose of performing its functions under the Act.
