2. The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and management of all rights and obligations performing to such designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act. Designated Property.
3. The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule. Appointed Day. Amended by: VI. 2016.
