(1)The assistants appointed on the Health Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Lepers Ordinance.
(2)The assistants appointed on the Agriculture Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (
- a)Agriculture Produce (Export) Ordinance; (
- b)Animal Welfare Act; (
- c)the Producer Organisations Act; and (
- d)Importation of Dogs and Cats Regulations.
(3)The assistants appointed on the Products and Services Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (

(7)The assistants appointed on the Professions’ Regulation Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (

(8)The assistants appointed on the Communications Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (

(9)The assistants appointed on the Regulation Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act and the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act.
