(1)The assistants appointed on the Health Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Lepers Ordinance.
(2)The assistants appointed on the Agriculture Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (
  1. a)Agriculture Produce (Export) Ordinance; (
  2. b)Animal Welfare Act; (
  3. c)the Producer Organisations Act; and (
  4. d)Importation of Dogs and Cats Regulations.
(3)The assistants appointed on the Products and Services Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (
  1. a)Spirits Ordinance; (
  2. b)Wine Act; (
  3. c)Airport (Groundhandling Services) Regulations; (
  4. d)the Business Promotion Act; Cap. 117. (
  5. e)the Supplies and Services Act; S.L. 117.18. (

(4)The assistants appointed on the Transport Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: S.L. 65.15 (

(6)The assistants appointed on the Media and the Arts Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Cinema and Stage Regulations. 3 S.L. 10.17.
(7)The assistants appointed on the Professions’ Regulation Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (
  1. a)the Accountancy Profession Act; Cap. 281. (
  2. b)the Inġiniera Act; and Cap. 321. (
  3. c)the Periti Act. Cap. 390.
(8)The assistants appointed on the Communications Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the following legislation: (
  1. a)the Utilities and Services (Regulation of Certain Works) Act; (
  2. b)Postal Services Act; (
  3. c)Postal Services (General) Regulations; (
  4. d)Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act; (
  5. e)Directives by the Malta Communications Authority; (
  6. f)Deleted by Legal Notice 90 of 2019. (
  7. g)Electronic Communications Networks and Services (General) Regulations; (
  8. h)Malta Communications Authority Act; (
  9. i)Electronic Commerce Act; and (

(9)The assistants appointed on the Regulation Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act and the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act. (11)The assistants appointed on the Gaming Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Gaming Act.
