The title of these regulations is the Gozo Passenger and Goods Service (Fares) Regulations. Citation. 2.

(1)The fares payable by passengers and vehicles for the journey from Ċirkewwa or Sa Maison, Malta to Mġarr, Gozo, or vice-versa, shall be those shown in the First Schedule. Passenger and vehicle fares.
(2)The fares payable in respect to any incentive scheme for the journey from Ċirkewwa, Malta, to Mġarr, Gozo, or vice-versa, shall be those shown in the Second and Third Schedules.
  1. The fares payable on commercial and, or other vehicles falling within the parameters given in the Fourth Schedule for the journey from Ċirkewwa or Sa Maison, Malta, to Mġarr, Gozo, or vice-versa, shall be those shown in the said Schedule. Commercial vehicle fares.

A commuter may be requested to produce his legally valid identification document or "Karta Anzjan" at the time of the issuing of the ticket, or at any other time of boarding the vessel or during the trip, so as to establish his identity as a Gozo resident or senior citizen respectively.   1. Passenger Standard Fare This fare applies for all passengers, except Gozitan permanent residents and holders of "Karta Anzjan".
  2. Passenger Standard Night Fare This fare applies for all passengers, except Gozitan permanent residents and holders of "Karta Anzjan", leaving Mġarr, Gozo, after 8.00pm and before the first morning trip heading the departure c o l u m n o f t h e C o m p a n y ’s p r i n t e d Schedule of Trips between the months of November and March.
  3. Gozo Resident Passenger Subsidised Fare This fare is applicable to Gozitan permanent residents.
  4. Senior Citizen Subsidised Fare This fare is applicable to all holders of the "Karta Anzjan".
  5. Children’s Fare This fare is applicable to all children from the age of 3 up to 12 years.
  6. Car and Driver Standard Fare This fare applies for all passengers, except Gozitan permancnt residents and holders of "Karta Anzjan".
  7. The Frequent Traveller Scheme offers the passenger the option to buy a number of return trip tickets at a reduced rate, to be utilised within the timeframe specified in the table below.   1. The Gozo by Night Scheme provides for the sale of a "group ticket" which may be purchased solely from the ticket booth at Ċirkewwa, Malta. The ticket costs €9.32 for a car (under 5.3 metres in length) together with a driver and 3 accompanying passengers, or €6.99 for a maximum of 4 persons traveling on foot. Ticket holders will be entitled to a return passage boarding frorn Mġarr, Gozo between 22.00 hours of the same day and 04.30 hours of the following day. This fare also applies when such passengers cross over to Malta with the Passenger only Night Service during the period covered by the winter schedule. The same fare will apply even if the number of passengers in the group is less than
