2. The title of these regulations is the Environment and Development Planning Act (Repeal and Applicability of Subsidiary Legislation) Regulations.
3. As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in the Billboards and Advertisements Regulations, the Daily Penalty Regulations, the Development Planning (Use Classes) Order, the Rubble Walls and Rural Structures (Conservation and Maintenance) Regulations, the Motor Vehicles (Offroading) Regulations, the Development Planning (Official Manual) Regulations, the Development Planning (Panning Obligations) Regulations, the Development (Removal of Danger) Order, the Partial Structure Plan Review Order, the Development Planning (Procedure for Minor Modifications to Subsidiary Plans) Regulations, the Development Notification O r d e r, t h e E n v i r o n m e n t a l M a n a g e m e n t C o n s t r u c t i o n S i t e Regulations, the Period of Shutdown of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority Offices Regulations, the Development Planning (Planning Obligation) Regulations, the Development Planning (Fees) Regulations, the Development Planning (Procedure for Applications and their Determ ination) Regulations, and the Planning Appeals Board and the Environment and Planning Review Tr ib u n a l ( Tr a n s it o r y P r o v i s io n s) R e g u l a t io n s t o t h e M al ta Environment and Planning Authority shall be construed as a r ef er en c e t o t h e P l an n i n g A u th o r it y e s t a b l i s h e d u n d e r t h e Development Planning Act. 4. As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in the Development Planning (Clamping and Removal of Objects used for Illegal Development) Regulations and the Schedule of Penalties Regulations to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority shall be construed as a reference to the Planning Authority established under the Development Planning Act, and to the Environment and Resources Authority established under the Environment Protection Act. 10. ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (REPEAL AND APPLICABILITY OF SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION)
11. As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in any subsidiary legislation currently in force under the Environment and Development Planning Act, other than the subsidiary legislation indicated in regulations 2 and 3, to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority shall be construed to refer to the Environment and Resources Authority established under the Environment Protection Act.
