(1)The title of these regulations is the Mandatory Measures for Residential Services for Older Persons Regulations. Citation and scope.
(2)The scope of these regulations is to establish mandatory measures for residential services for older persons for which the Authority may impose an administrative penalty and to establish the penalties to be paid in order to control the spread of COVID-
