  1. The title Regulations. of these Regulations is Parking Places
  2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires - Title. Interpretation. "agent" means the person employed by a contractor for the management of a scheduled parking place; "car park attendant" means any person employed by a contractor for the purpose of regulating the parking of cars in a scheduled parking place; "contractor" means the person to whom a scheduled parking place has been allocated by the Government; "scheduled parking place" means a parking place shown in the Schedule to these Regulations. 3.

(1)In every scheduled parking place there must be at least one uniformed attendant on duty during such times of the day and the night as the Commissioner of Police, with the advice of the Traffic Control Board, may direct. Car park attendants.

(3)There shall be no reservation of parking space for any reason whatsoever.
