ELECTRONIC MONITORING REGULATIONS [ S.L. 651.01] 1 SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 651.01 ELECTRONIC MONITORING REGULATIONS 13th January, 2026 LEGAL NOTICE 3 of

  1. The title of these regulations is the Electronic Monitoring Regulations. Citation.
  2. requires: In these regulations, unless the context otherwise Interpretation. "Act" means the Electronic Monitoring Act; Cap.
  3. "electronic monitoring order" shall have the same meaning as assigned to in the Act; "temporary recall order" means the order directing that a person is taken back to prison in accordance with article 8 of the Act.
  4. A temporary recall order shall be issued by the Executive Police, the Chief Executive Officer of the Correctional Services Agency or the Chairman of the Parole Board in the format prescribed in Schedules I, II, or III, as applicable. Temporary recall order.

The Electronic Monitoring Order Signature Form and Conditions listed in Schedule I to the Act, shall be completed upon the promulgation of the pertinent Court decree, after the Court has explained to the person concerned, in ordinary language, the effect of the order, the legal consequences of any breach in accordance with the Act and regulations made thereunder, as well as any specific conditions that shall be imposed.   6. The person concerned may leave his place of residence even if he is on curfew in cases of force majeure or medical or emergency situations: Force majeure, medical and emergency situations.
