  1. The title of these Regulations is Proceedings of the Rent Regulation Board Regulations.
  2. In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires - Title. Interpretation. "Board" means the Rent Regulation Board constituted under the Ordinance, for the Island of Malta or, as the case may be, for the Islands of Gozo and Comino; "by electronic means" means online; "Ordinance" means the Reletting of Urban Property (Regulation) Ordinance; Cap.
