COMPTROLLER OF CUSTOMS CHAPTER 163 COMPTROLLER OF CUSTOMS ORDINANCE To provide that certain rights and liabilities of the Collector of Customs shall be transferred to the Comptroller of Customs. (30th June, 1960)* Enacted by ORDINANCE XVI of

  1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Comptroller of Customs Ordinance. Short title.
  2. All rights and liabilities, whether vested or contingent, to which the Collector of Customs was entitled or subject immediately before the date of commencement of this Ordinance shall by virtue of this Ordinance be transferred to the Comptroller of Customs.
