LIGHTING CONTROL
CHAPTER 95
LIGHTING CONTROL ORDINANCE To provide for the total or partial cessation of lighting in Malta by regulation on occasions of emergency or public danger or by way of experiment or practice for such occasions. (4th March, 1938)* ORDINANCE VIII of 1938, as amended by Ordinance XXV of 1962;
Legal Notice 4 of I963; Act XIII of 1983; and Legal Notice 408 of 2007.
Repealed by Act II of 2015. *See Proclamation No. VIII of the 4th of March, 1938.
