Encourt la cassation l'arrêt qui, statuant sur la demande de réparation du préjudice subi par un jeune cycliste heurté par un véhicule dans une intersection dans laquelle il s'était engagé à la suite du signe du conducteur d'une automobile qui, arrêté comme lui, à un signal "Stop" lui avait indiqué que la voie était libre, dénie tout caractère fautif à l'initiative de cet automobiliste en relation de cause à effet avec le dommage de l'enfant.
