Is-salarji għall-uffiċjali fl-Iskeda A u B huma speċifikati għal kull sena, bħal €80,850 għall-Avukat Ġenerali u l-Avukat tal-Istat fl-2025.
Is-salarji speċifikati fl-Iskeda A huma pagabbli mill-1 ta' Jannar ta' kull sena speċifikata.
Is-salarji għall-uffiċjali fl-Iskeda B jistgħu jiżdiedu b'ammont akbar speċifikat minn ordni tal-Prim Ministru ppubblikata fil-Gazzetta tal-Gvern.

(SALARIES) ACT
To make provision for the salaries to be paid to the President of Malta
and the holders of certain other offices.

There shall be paid to the President of Malta a salary of
€72,561 with effect from 1st January, 2026.
Salary of the
holders of other
offices.
3. (1) There shall be paid to the holder of the office specified
in the first column of Schedule A the annual salary respectively
specified in the respective columns of that Schedule during the year
to which each of the second to the sixth columns of that Schedule
refers. The said salaries shall be payable as from the 1st day of
January of each specified year.
(2) There shall be paid in any year to the holders of the offices
specified in the first column of Schedule B the salaries respectively
specified opposite to such offices in the second column of that
Schedule or such greater amount as may be specified by an order of
the Prime Minister published in the Government Gazette.
