ACCOUNTANT GENERAL CHAPTER 160 ACCOUNTANT GENERAL ORDINANCE To provide that certain rights and liabilities of the Treasurer shall be transferred to the Accountant General. (31st July, 1959)* Enacted by ORDINANCE VI of

  1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Accountant General Ordinance. Short title.
  2. All rights and liabilities, whether vested or contingent, to which the Treasurer was entitled or subject immediately before the date of commencement of this Ordinance shall by virtue of this Ordinance be transferred to the Accountant General.
