3. This Ordinance, although relating to matters arising out of the Second World War has been included in this Revised Edition as it is still applicable to a number of beneficiaries. However, as the Ordinance relates in many instances to events of a relatively distant past, references to certain statutes have been maintained even though these have been repealed.
