Article 32

(2)thereof;Whereas the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland respectively have deposited their instruments of accession with the Government of the Italian Republic pursuant to Article 32
(1)of the Convention;Whereas, pursuant to Article 32
(2)of the Convention, accession will take effect on the date on which the High Council has determined the necessary amendments to the Convention;Whereas these amendments should be made accordingly;Acting in agreement with the representatives of the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:Article 1The following amendments shall be made to the Convention:1. The text of Article 6
(7)shall be replaced by the following text:“Where decisions require a qualified majority, votes shall be weighted as follows:Belgium 5Denmark 3France 10Germany 10Ireland 3Italy 10Luxembourg 2Netherlands 5United Kingdom 10The decisions shall be carried if they have received a minimum of forty-one votes in favour indicating the approval of at least six Governments.”2. The text of Article 19
(1)shall be replaced by the following text:“The financial contributions of the Contracting States to cover the expenditure provided for in the Institute’s budget shall be determined on the following scale:Belgium 6.04 %Denmark 2.47 %France 21.16 %Germany 21.16 %Ireland 0.62 %Italy 21.16 %Luxembourg 0.19 %Netherlands 6.04 %United Kingdom 21.16 %.3. The text of Article 27
(1)shall be replaced by the following text:“The official languages of the Institute shall be Danish, Dutch, English, French, German and Italian.”4. The text of Article 35 shall be amended as follows:(
  1. a)The following paragraphs shall be added:“2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 the Convention shall not apply to the Sovereign Base Areas of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Cyprus; it shall not apply either to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man unless the United Kingdom Government declares on accession to this Convention, or subsequently, that this Convention shall apply to one or more of such territories.3. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the Convention shall not apply to the Faroe Islands. The Government of the Kingdom of Denmark may, however, give notice, by declaration deposited by 31 December 1975 at the latest, with the Government of the Italian Republic, which shall transmit a certified copy to each of the Governments of the other Contracting States, that this Convention shall apply to these islands.”;(
  2. b)The former paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 4.5. The following shall be added to Article 38:“The English, Danish and Irish texts of this Convention appearing in the Annex to the High Council decision specifying the amendments thereto rendered necessary by the accession of the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland shall be authentic under the conditions laid down in the abovementioned original texts and the Government of the Italian Republic shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the Government of each of the other Contracting States.”Article 2The accession of the Kingdom of Denmark, of Ireland and of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Convention shall take effect as from the date of signature of this Decision.As from that date the texts of the Convention in the Danish, English and Irish languages annexed to this Decision shall be authentic in the same way as the texts in the Dutch, French, German and Italian languages.Article 3This decision has been drawn up in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Irish and Italian languages, all seven texts being authentic.Article 4The President of the High Council shall notify this decision to the Governments of the Contracting States and of the States which have deposited an instrument of accession pursuant to Article 32 of the Convention.Done at Florence, 20 March 1975 By the High CouncilThe PresidentM. (1)shall be re­placed by the following text:“The official languages of the Institute shall be Danish, Dutch, English, French, Greek, German and Italian.”4. The following text shall be added to Article 38:“The Greek text of this Convention appearing in the Annex to the High Council decision specifying the amendments thereto rendered necessary by the accession of Greece shall be authentic in the same way as the texts mentioned in the above subparagraphs, and the Government of the Italian Republic shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the Government of each of the other Contracting States.”Article 2The accession of Greece to the Convention shall take effect as from the date of this Decision.As from that date,– the Hellenic Republic shall become a Contracting State of the Convention; the texts of the Convention in the Greek language annexed to this Decision shall be authentic in the same way as the texts in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Irish and Italian languages.Article 3This decision has been drawn up in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Irish and Italian languages, each of these texts being authentic.Article 4The President of the High Council shall notify this Decision to the Governments of the Contracting StatesDone at Florence, 21 November 1986By the High CouncilThe PresidentE.   1. This Convention shall apply to the European territory of the Contracting States, the French overseas departments, the French overseas territories and the autonomous community of the Canary Islands.”
  2.   2. Article 27
(1)shall be replaced by the following:“
  1. The official languages of the Institute shall be Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.”
  2. The following subparagraph shall be added to Article 38:“The Finnish and Swedish texts of this Convention, as they appear in the Annex to the High Council Decision amending the Convention setting up a European University Institute following accession by the Finnish Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden, shall be authentic in the same way as the texts mentioned in the foregoing subparagraphs, and the Government of the Italian Republic shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the Government of each of the other Contracting States.”Article 21-The accession of the Finnish Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden to the Convention shall take effect as from the date of this Decision.As from that date:– Finland and Sweden shall become Contracting States of the Convention;– the Finnish and Swedish texts of the Convention, annexed to this Decision, shall be authentic in the same way as the texts in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Irish, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish languages.2-However, these accessions shall take effect as from 1 October 1997 in respect of the application of Article 9 of the Convention to the current budget year, 1997.Article 3The accessions of the Finnish Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden to the Convention imply acceptance by these States of the amendments made to the Convention by the Amending Convention of Florence of 18 June and 17 September 1992, once this enters into force in accordance with its Article 13.Moreover, once it has entered in force, the texts in Finnish and Swedish of that Convention, annexed to this decision, shall be authentic in the same way as the texts in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Irish, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish languages. They shall be deposited in the archives of the government of the Italian Republic, which shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the government of each of the Contracting States.Article 4This Decision has been drawn up in the Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Irish, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish languages, each text being equally authentic.Article 5The President of the High Council shall notify this Decision to the Government of each of the Contracting States.Done at Florence, 19 June 1997By the High CouncilThe PresidentD. (2)thereof;Whereas the parliamentary debates to authorize deposit by the Austrian government of the instrument of accession by the Republic of Austria to the Convention should be completed on 18 December 1997;Whereas, in the event of authorization, Austria intends to deposit its instrument of accession with the Government of the Italian Republic, the depositary of the Convention, in the first fortnight of January 1998;Whereas, pursuant to Article 32
(2)of the Convention, accession shall take effect on the date on which the High Council determines the adaptations which will need to be made to the Convention;Whereas, however, there is no need to postpone determination of these adaptations by six months, and whereas the Republic of Austria should be regarded as an acceding State, subject to the need to make the date of effect of the adaptations dependent on deposit by the Republic of Austria of its instrument of accession;Whereas accession to the Convention is coupled with the desire of the Republic of Austria to accept the provisions of the amending Convention of 18 June and 17 September 1992 once this enters into force;Acting in accord with the representative of the Republic of Austria,HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:Article 1With effect from 1 January 1998, the Convention shall be amended as follows:1) Article 6

  9. i)representatives of the members of other categories participating within the Institute in the carrying out of its aims.The High Council may, under conditions which it shall lay down, invite persons with particular qualifications who are nationals of Member States and represent various aspects of economic, social and cultural life to take part in the activities of the Academic Council.4. The rules provided for in Article 6

  5. c)the rules governing the operations of the executive committee.5. The Academic Council shall:(
  6. a)approve the study programmes and, after consulting the Research Council, the research programmes of the departments;(
  7. b)after consulting the Research Council, approve the research programmes of the interdisciplinary centres;(
  8. c)participate in the preparation of the draft annual budget and the draft triennial financial forecasts;(
  9. d)take any implementing measures concerning research and teaching which do not fall within the terms of reference of any of the other authorities of the Institute;(
  10. e)meeting in a session restricted to members of the teaching staff who have at least equal status with persons concerned, nominate the heads of department, the interdisciplinary centre directors, the professors and the lecturers to be engaged as full-time members of the teaching staff of the Institute;(
  11. f)determine the conditions for the award of the degree and certificate provided in Article 14;(
  12. g)examine the draft report on activities prepared by the Principal of the Institute and submitted to the High Council.”2. Article 9

Institūta mērķis ir ar savu darbību augstākās izglītības un pētījumu jomā veicināt Eiropas kultūras un zinātniskā mantojuma attīstību kopumā un atsevišķās tā jomās. Tā darbība būs saistīta arī ar lielajām pārmaiņām un tām iestādēm, kuras raksturo Eiropas vēsturi un attīstību. Tajā ņem vērā saikni ar to valstu kultūru, kuras neatrodas Eiropā.Šo mērķi īsteno ar izglītību un pētījumiem augstākajā universitātes līmenī.2. Institūtam ir jābūt arī forumam ideju un pieredzes apmaiņai un to tēmu apspriešanai, kuras ietilpst studiju un pētījumu jomās, uz kurām tās attiecas.3. pants1. Līgumslēdzējas valstis veic visus nepieciešamos pasākumus, lai atvieglotu Institūta mērķa īstenošanu, respektējot pētījumu un izglītības brīvību.2. Līgumslēdzējas valstis veicina Institūta ietekmes izplatīšanu zinātnes un akadēmiskajā vidē. Šādā nolūkā tās palīdz Institūtam izveidot atbilstošas sadarbības saites ar universitātēm un zinātniskajām iestādēm to teritorijās un ar Eiropas un starptautiskajām iestādēm, kuras ir saistītas ar izglītību, kultūru un pētniecību.3. Savu pilnvaru robežās Institūts sadarbojas ar universitātēm un ar jebkuru valsts vai starptautisko mācību vai pētniecības iestādi, kas vēlas sadarboties. Tas var slēgt līgumus ar valstīm un starptautiskām organizācijām.4. pantsInstitūtam un tā personālam ir tādas privilēģijas un imunitātes, kas nepieciešamas to uzdevumu veikšanai saskaņā ar šai konvencijai pievienotā protokola nosacījumiem, kas ir būtiskā tās daļa.Institūts noslēdz mītnes līgumu ar Itālijas valdību, ko vienbalsīgi apstiprina Institūta padome.II NODAĻAADMINISTRĀCIJA5. pantsInstitūta pārvaldi veido:
  1. a)Institūta padome,
  2. b)Institūta rektors,
  3. c)Akadēmiskā padome.6. pants1. Institūta padomi veido Līgumslēdzēju valstu valdību pārstāvji. Katrai valstij padomē ir viena balss, un tā deleģē tajā divus pārstāvjus.Institūta padome sanāk vismaz vienreiz gadā Florencē.2. Visu Līgumslēdzēju valstu pārstāvji pēc kārtas uz vienu gadu ieņem Institūta padomes priekšsēdētāja amatu.3. Institūta rektors, prorektors un Eiropas Kopienu pārstāvis piedalās Institūta padomes sanāksmēs, bet nebalso.4. Institūta padome atbild par Institūta pamatnostādnēm; tā vada Institūta darbību un pārrauga tā attīstību. No vienas puses, tā atvieglo attiecības starp valstu valdībām lietās, kas saistītas ar Institūtu, un, no otras puses, attiecības starp valstu valdībām un Institūtu.Institūta padome pieņem nepieciešamos lēmumus to uzdevumu veikšanai, kas tai ir uzticēti saskaņā ar 5. un 6. punktu.5. Ar vienprātīgu lēmumu Institūta padome:
  4. a)izstrādā noteikumus, kas reglamentē Institūta darbību un finanšu noteikumus, kas ietverti 26. pantā,
  5. b)piemēro procedūru attiecībā uz darba valodu izvēli saskaņā ar 27. pantu,
  6. c)izstrādā Institūta personāla nolikumu; ar personāla nolikumu nosaka to strīdu risināšanas procedūru, kas radušies starp Institūtu un nolikumā ietvertajām personām;
  7. d)lemj par pastāvīgu amatu izveidošanu Institūtā strādājošajiem profesoriem;
  8. e)saskaņā ar tās pieņemtajiem noteikumiem uzaicina 9. panta 3. punktā norādītās personas piedalīties Akadēmiskās padomes darbībā;
  9. f)noslēdz mītnes līgumu starp Institūtu un Itālijas valdību un jebkuru 3. panta 3. punktā minēto līgumu;
  10. g)ieceļ Institūta pirmo rektoru un pirmo prorektoru;
  11. h)ja vajadzīgs, pieļauj atkāpes no 8. panta 3. punkta;
  12. i)maina iedalījumu departamentos, kas noteikti 11. pantā, vai izveido jaunus departamentus;
  13. j)piešķir 33. pantā minēto apstiprinājumu;
  14. k)veic 34. pantā minētos pasākumus.6. Institūta padome ar kvalificētu balsu vairākumu pieņem lēmumus, izņemot 5. punktā minētos, jo īpaši tādus, kas attiecas uz:
  15. a)Institūta rektora un prorektora iecelšanu;
  16. b)Institūta budžeta apstiprināšanu un kas atbrīvo rektoru no atbildības par budžeta izpildi;
  17. c)vispārējās mācību politikas apstiprināšanu, ņemot vērā Akadēmiskās padomes priekšlikumu;
  18. d)procedūras noteikumu pieņemšanu.7. Ja lēmuma pieņemšanai ir nepieciešams kvalificēts balsu vairākums, tad balsīm piešķir šādu vērtību:Beļģija 5Dānija 3Vācija 10Grieķija 5Spānija 8Francija 10Īrija 3Itālija 10Luksemburga 2Nīderlande 5Austrija 4Portugāle 5Somija 3Zviedrija 4Apvienotā Karaliste 10Lēmums ir pieņemts, ja par to ir saņemts ne mazāk kā 62 balsis “par” un vismaz 10 valstu valdību piekrišana.8. Atturēšanās neaizkavē tādu Institūta lēmumu pieņemšanu, kuriem nepieciešams vienprātīgs balsojums.7. pants1. Institūtu vada rektors. Viņš īsteno tiesību aktus un lēmumus vai pārrauga to īstenošanu saskaņā ar šo konvenciju un pieņem tādus administratīvos lēmumus, kuri nav nevienas citas Institūta iestādes kompetencē.2. Viņš atbild par Institūta pārvaldi. Viņš nodrošina tās likumīgumu.Viņš sagatavo gada budžeta projektu un trīsgadu finanšu plānu un pēc apspriešanās ar Akadēmisko padomi deponē tos Institūta padomei.Viņš ieceļ departamentu vadītājus un akadēmiskā personāla darbiniekus, kurus ir izvirzījusi Akadēmiskā padome saskaņā ar 9. panta 5. punkta
  19. d)apakšpunktu.Viņš ieceļ Institūta administratīvā personāla darbiniekus.3. Institūta rektoru izvēlas Institūta padome no trīs personu vārdu saraksta, kuru piedāvā Akadēmiskā padome.Rektoru ieceļ uz trīs gadiem. Viņa pilnvaru termiņu var pagarināt vienu reizi.8. pants1. Prorektors palīdz Institūta rektoram tā organizatorisko un administratīvo pienākumu veikšanā.2. Viņa pilnvaru termiņš un atrašanās amatā ilgums ir noteikts 6. panta 5. punkta
  20. a)apakšpunkta noteikumos.3. Institūta prorektors un rektors nevar būt vienas un tās pašas pilsonības, ja vien Institūta padome nav vienprātīgi lēmusi citādi.9. pants1. Akadēmiskās padomes kompetence attiecībā uz izglītību un pētījumiem neierobežo pārējo Institūta iestāžu kompetenci.To vada Institūta rektors.2. Akadēmiskās padomes locekļi ir:
  21. a)Institūta rektors,
  22. b)Institūta prorektors, kurš piedalās darbā, bet kuram nav balsstiesību,
  23. c)departamentu vadītāji,
  24. d)visi vai daži Institūtā strādājošie profesori,
  25. e)citu akadēmiskā personāla darbinieku pārstāvji,
  26. f)pētījumos iesaistīto studentu pārstāvji,3. Institūta padome saskaņā ar tās paredzētajiem nosacījumiem var uzaicināt piedalīties Akadēmiskās padomes darbībā noteiktas kvalifikācijas personas – dalībvalstu pilsoņus, kas pārstāv dažādas ekonomikas, sociālās un kultūras dzīves jomas.4. Konvencijas 6. panta 5. punkta
  27. a)apakš­punkta noteikumi paredz:
  28. a)to Akadēmiskās padomes locekļu skaitu, kas pārstāv 2. punkta d),
  29. e)un
  30. f)apakšpunktā minēto personu kategorijas, šo personu iecelšanas procedūru un pilnvaru termiņu;
  31. b)balsu vairākuma noteikumus Akadēmiskajā padomē.5. Akadēmiskā padome:
  32. a)izstrādā studiju un pētījumu programmas,
  33. b)piedalās gada budžeta projekta un trīsgadu finanšu plāna projekta sagatavošanā,
  34. c)veic visus ieviešanas pasākumus saistībā ar izglītību un pētījumiem, kuri nav ietverti nevienas citas Institūta iestādes kompetencē,
  35. d)sanāksmēs, kurās piedalās tikai tie akadēmiskā personāla darbinieki, kuru statuss nav zemāks par attiecīgo personu statusu, ieceļ departamentu vadītājus, profesorus un citus pasniedzējus, kurus pieņem darbā kā Institūta akadēmiskā personāla pilna laika darbiniekus,
  36. e)izstrādā noteikumus par 14. pantā minētā grāda un sertifikāta piešķiršanu,
  37. f)izveido Uzņemšanas komisijas un Kvalifikācijas komisijas locekļu sarakstu,
  38. g)pārbauda darbības ziņojuma projektu, ko Institūta rektors sagatavo un deponē Institūta padomei.6. Akadēmiskā padome pēc savas iniciatīvas var iesniegt priekšlikumus Institūta padomei saistībā ar jautājumiem, kas ietilpst šīs padomes kompetencē.7. Akadēmiskās padomes birojs, ko vada Institūta rektors, kuram palīdz prorektors, un ko veido rektors un departamentu vadītāji, veic īpašus uzdevumus, kurus tam ir uzdevusi Akadēmiskā padome. Birojs ziņo Akadēmiskajai padomei, kādā veidā tas ir izpildījis šos uzdevumus.III NODAĻAAKADĒMISKĀ STRUKTŪRAA. Akadēmiskā organizācija10. pantsInstitūtu iedala departamentos, kas veido izglītības un pētījumu pamatvienības; tos savukārt iedala semināros.11. pants1. Kopš tā izveides Institūts sastāv no četriem departamentiem:– vēstures un civilizācijas,– ekonomikas,– juridiskā,– politikas un sociālo zinātņu.Pēc apspriešanās ar Akadēmisko padomi un ņemot vērā pieredzi, Institūta padome, vienprātīgi balsojot, var mainīt šo struktūru vai izveidot jaunus departamentus. Šādā nolūkā Akadēmiskā padome var sniegt ieteikumus.2. Atbilstoši piešķirtajiem budžeta līdzekļiem un Akadēmiskās padomes pieņemtajām programmām visiem departamentiem to studiju un pētniecības darbā ir plašas pastāvīgas rīcības iespējas, un tiek nodrošināts to darbībai nepieciešamais personāls.12. pants1. Galvenais pētniecības darbs notiek semināros vai pētniecības grupās. Darbu vienā seminārā var apvienot ar darbu citos semināros tajā pašā vai citos departamentos.Dažādu semināru un pētniecības grupu organizēšana ir departamentu vadītāju pienākums. Pētniecības darbu veic akadēmiskais personāls un pētījumos iesaistītie studenti, kas kopīgi nosaka darba metodes un vadlīnijas.2. Semināros vai darba grupās veicamais pētniecības darbs ir jānosaka atbilstoši studiju un pētījumu programmām, kas paredzētas 9. panta 5. punktā, un tajā ir jāņem vērā Institūta mērķis.Saņemot profesoru un docentu piekrišanu, departamentu vadītāji paziņo Akadēmiskajai Padomei katram semināram un katras pētniecības grupas noteiktās darba projektu tēmas.3. Institūts var organizēt prakses un kolokvijus, kuros var piedalīties personas, kurām jau ir profesionālā pieredze tajās zinātņu jomās, kurās notiek studijas un pētījumi Institūtā.13. pants1. Institūtam ir bibliotēka un kanceleja, ko finansē no gada darbības budžeta.2. Itālijas Republika apņemas veikt nepieciešamos pasākumus un noslēgt visas līgumus, kas nepieciešami, lai akadēmiskajam personālam un pētījumos iesaistītajiem studentiem būtu pieejami arhīvi, bibliotēkas un muzeji Florencē un, ja vajadzīgs, arī citās Itālijas pilsētās.Šā noteikuma piemērošanas procedūru nosaka mītnes līgumā.14. pants1. Institūtam ir tiesības piešķirt Eiropas Universitātes institūta doktora grādu tajās zinātņu jomās, kurās notiek studijas un pētījumi Institūtā, tiem pētījumos iesaistītajiem studentiem, kuri ir pabeiguši vismaz divu gadu studijas Institūtā un ir iesnieguši kvalitatīva pētījuma darba oriģinālu, ko Institūts ir akceptējis un kas jāpublicē saskaņā ar 3. punktā izklāstītajiem noteikumiem.2. Institūtam ir tiesības pētījumos iesaistītajiem studentiem izsniegt apmeklējuma apliecības.3. Grāda piešķiršanas un šajā pantā paredzētās apliecības izdošanas nosacījumus izstrādā Akadēmiskā padome; šiem nosacījumiem ir nepieciešams Institūta padomes apstiprinājums.B. Akadēmiskais personāls un pētījumos iesaistītie studenti15. pants1. Akadēmiskais personāls sastāv no departamentu vadītājiem, profesoriem, docentiem un citiem pasniedzējiem.2. Akadēmiskā personāla darbiniekus izvēlas no to Līgumslēdzēju valstu pilsoņu vidus, kuru kvalifikācija ir tāda, lai nodrošinātu augstu Institūta darbības standartu. Institūts var uzaicināt arī citu valstu pilsoņus sniegt pakalpojumus.3. Līgumslēdzējas valstis, ciktāl tas iespējams, veic atbilstošus pasākumus, lai atvieglotu to personu mobilitāti, kuras pieņem darbā par Institūta akadēmiskā personāla darbiniekiem.16. pants1. Šajā konvencijā Institūta “pētījumos iesaistītie studenti” ir studenti vai pētījumos iesaistītie studenti, kuriem ir valsts universitātē iegūta kvalifikācija, kuri pierāda savu piemērotību uzņemties vai turpināt pētniecības darbu, kuri atbilst 27. panta 3. punktā izklāstītajiem nosacījumiem un ir uzņemti Institūtā.2. Institūtā uzņem Līgumslēdzēju valstu pilsoņus.Citu valstu pilsoņus var uzņemt atkarībā no ierobežojumiem un nosacījumiem, kurus pēc apspriešanās ar Akadēmisko padomi ietver Institūta padomes pieņemtajos noteikumos.3. Uzņemšanu Institūtā nodrošina Uzņemšanas komisija saskaņā ar šīs konvencijas noteikumiem un Institūta padomes pieņemtajiem noteikumiem. Komisija ņem vērā reflektantu kvalifikāciju un, ja vien iespējams, arī viņu izcelsmes valsti.Līgumslēdzēju valstu kompetentās iestādes palīdz Institūtam vadīt uzņemšanas procedūru.17. pants1. Katra dalībvalsts atbilstoši pieejamajiem līdzekļiem veicina stipendiju piešķiršanu tiem saviem Institūtā uzņemtajiem pilsoņiem, kuriem tās ir nepieciešamas apstākļu dēļ un, ja nepieciešams, veic visus attiecīgos pasākumus, lai pieņemtu stipendiju piešķiršanu reglamentējošus noteikumus.2. Finanšu noteikumos var paredzēt īpaša fonda izveidošanu atsevišķu stipendiju piešķiršanai. Šis fonds varētu nodrošināt ienākumus, pirmām kārtām, no privātām iemaksām.3. Iepriekš minētie noteikumi neliedz pētījumos iesaistītajiem studentiem Institūtā saņemt stipendijas, kuras Eiropas Kopienas piešķir personām, kuras veic pētniecības darbu saistībā ar Eiropas veidošanu.IV NODAĻAFINANŠU NOTEIKUMI18. pants1. Katram finanšu gadam ir darbības budžets.2. Visi Institūta ieņēmumu un izdevumu posteņi ietver budžeta tāmēs, kuras izstrādā katram finanšu gadam, un atspoguļo budžetā.Budžeta ieņēmumiem un izdevumiem jābūt līdzsvarotiem.Finanšu noteikumos ietver Institūta ieņēmumu sarakstu.3. Finanšu gads ilgst no 1. janvāra līdz 31. decembrim.4. Ieņēmumus un izdevumus norāda Itālijas lirās.19. pants1. Līgumslēdzēju valstu finanšu iemaksas to izdevumu segšanai, kas paredzēti Institūta budžetā, nosaka pēc šādām attiecībām:Beļģija 5,11 %Dānija 2,
